Bill Schwyhart is a prominent Northwest Arkansas developer who led the Pinnacle Group and undertook a number of major projects including the six story Pinnacle Hills Parkway Tower, Pinnacle Hills Promenade, Shoppes at Pinnacle Hills, Arkansas World Trade Center, and Pinnacle Hills Corporate Park. Tenants included Johnson & Johnson, Kellogg, Ernst & Young, Kimberly-Clark, the University of Arkansas, Bonefish Grill, Olive Garden, and Red Lobster. With construction totaling more than $1 billion, Mr. Schwyhart’s Pinnacle Hills development encompassed a major hotel and convention center.
