Prior to establishing Bibi Consulting ,Wa’el
was a worldwide partner with a big five ac-
counting firm. During his association with the
firm he established and managed its tax and
legal practice in the Middle East for more
than a decade. Under his leadership, it be-
came the premier provider of quality tax ser-
vices in the region. He has also managed the
Firm’s Enterprise Group which provided ac-
counting, auditing and business consulting
services to small businesses.
In the last few years, Wa’el has focused on
providing internal audit services to clients in
North America and the Middle East. He has
established and managed the internal audit
activity for multi billion dollar companies in
Kuwait and UAE.
His 30+ years of experience in the Middle
Eastern and North American markets cou-
pled with his professional education and quali-
fications places him in a unique position to
provide quality services to domestic and in-
ternational clients.
