In the 20-ish years that I've been in this field, I've had the opportunity to work with many major organisations throughout EMEA, North America and Asia Pacific, helping them define their talent strategy, develop their leaders and recruit the very best people. I'm currently responsible for the strategic direction of IBM Kenexa's extensive portfolio of assessment, leadership and development solutions, which range from job analysis and competency modelling to online and in-person assessment to development centres and coaching. Partnering with my colleagues in employment branding, RPO and onboarding, we deliver our services to over 35 million of our clients'​ job applicants, job incumbents.
