The document provides a step-by-step process for making a ceramic bird feeder from start to finish. It describes throwing clay to 1/4 inch thickness, cutting out pieces, scoring and adding slip to join the pieces together to form the walls and roof. Multiple glaze colors are then applied individually to different sections, such as pink on the flowers, blue on the water lines and grass, and multiple colors on the windows. The bird feeder is fired twice, and the finished piece has a border to hold birdseed and a design intended to attract birds.

Start to Finish of a Ceramic Bird Feeder
I love towatch the birdseat.So, I thoughtI wouldmake a feederforthem.Istartedbythrowingclayto
a forth of an inch.I cut out each piece. Atthattime, Iscored eachside witha puttyknife andaddedslip.
If you forgetto score and add slip, the pieceswill notstaytogether. Eachpiece wasthenputfirmly
togethertocreate the walls. The roof couldthenbe addedontop of the walls byscoringand addingslip.
Whenthe top half wasassembled, itwasplacedonthe bottompart (whichsymbolsthe grassand
