New Cornell Food and Brand Lab
suggests they often lead to weight-
loss failure. Instead, people who are
what the researchers call ‘mindlessly
slim’, who cook at home and listen to
their bodies’ hunger signals are more
likely to be in shape. Listen to inner
cues and think quality not quantity
with food to help the weight stay off,
say the scientists.
