He is a Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in West Negros University in Negros Occidental Philippines, During his school years in the University, He was a varsity player and a scholar in the Game of Chess. After graduation in 1997, He took three Government Licensure examination in a row and pass; Civil Engineer Licensure Examination; Master Plumber Examination, and the Real Estate Broker licensure Examination. He is a Master in Environmental Management in Philippine Women's University and a consultant in various companies, preparing Environmental Impact Assessment, &; Environmental Studies and as realtor. He was awarded a by the BPI as Star Broker of the Year Award in 20
