The difference between knowing of FASD and understanding FASD

1. THE REAL IMPACT OF FASD
FASD effects genetics, teratology, embryology; the anatomy and physiology
of most parts of the body, including the fetus and placenta; cellular
anatomy, physiology and pathology; neurology, neuroanatomy,
neurophysiology and neuropathology; early childhood development; the
education system and its deficiencies; the judicial system and its
deficiencies; criminality and mental health.
Those who understand this, as opposed to only knowing of it, will be forced
to examine the meaning of culpability and responsibility.
