ALT EXPO
Altexpo is an original photographic installation
created from the images of Canadian
photographer and Instagramer Jean-François
Frenette (@Dezjeff). The impressive mural
is composed of 7,000 photographs that
depicts Canada’s famous landscapes
and hidden treasures.
The installation also features the photos
of Ottawa Instagramers Zara Ansar (@Xoveloxo),
Christopher Ryan (@ChrisArrrrr), Julia Leal
(@LittleMissOttawa) and Katie Hession
(@YOWCityStyle). The images on the tv screens
are from a live stream of photos posted to
Instagram with the hashtag #altexpo. They are
displayed on screens throughout our hotels
in Toronto, Halifax, Montreal and Winnipeg.

DOGSWe believe that the superior comfort of our hotel should
be accessible to our four legged friends. For this reason,
in all our hotels, our guests can stay in the company
of their dog!
When a guest makes a reservation and informs us that
they will be bringing their dog with them, we prepare
the room with a “dining area” carpet, a water bowl,
a food dish and a comfy dog bed. Members of our team
are always happy to offer friendly and attentive service
