theywill make theirpurchasesandformingapartnershipdependingoncompany

 Step5 is solicitandevaluate bids,theywouldimplementthisbypreparingarequestsfor
proposal includingproductspecificationsanddeliveryrequirements
 Step6 is negotiate withsuppliersandselectwinningbids,theycouldimplementthisby
determiningcostsandresponsibilitiesof the winningsupplier
 Step7 is implementsupplychainimprovements,theycouldimplementthisby
developingacommunicationplan andasystemformeasuringsupplierperformance
