I am writing this letter to discuss my employment of Ashley Beard. Ashley began working for me
at Protection Solutions, LLC on May 18th
, 2015. Ashley resigned her position with my Company
effective December 31st
, 2015, working her last day on December 22nd
, 2015.
In order to secure employment she procured her own Property and Casualty (P&C) self-study
material. She then took her own time, energy and money to study, test and secure her P&C
license for the State of Kansas. Throughout this process, Ashley showed tenacity in staying with
the lengthy process and obtaining her license to become employed.
Ashley came to work every day with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist prospects and
customers alike with their insurance needs. For much of her time employed with me, she worked
at my satellite location alone. Despite this solitary work she stayed energized, dare I say bubbly.
Ashley is very good at working with people on their pace, whether over the phone and in person.
She is able to read scripting and make it her own and excellent at “sales talk”.
During the short time Ashley worked for my small business she made a place for herself on the
Team. I enjoyed the experience and wish her the best going forward.
