3. Payment Plans
(A) Down Payment Plan
Under this payment plan, customer needs to make an upfront payment of 90% of the total sales Value.
Company will give 12% of assured return till possession.
OR
One time discount % which will be equivalent to 75% of remaining months from the date of booking.
Other Terms:-
 One time lease rent Rs 75/- per sq ft at the time of possession.
 ESS/Meter Security charges Rs 85/- per sq ft at the time of possession.
 Registry charges, Government charges & Taxes if any shall be borne by the allottee.
 Return shall be payble on monthly basis after deducting TDS.
 The payment should be made in favour of "AMR Infrastructures Ltd”.
