Engineering is a core approach to achieve human development and sustainability of environment, and improving quality of human life. I have had an opportunity to work for a decade with reputed engineering consultancy organizations on various projects as planner, designer and analyst. This was followed by long association of couple of decades with UNICEF and INDO-DUTCH bilateral development programmes in urban-rural infrastructure together with health-nutrition-education sectors. Headed the national and State level policy advocacy and development initiatives in Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Bihar.
