2. LA NOSTRA STORIA
Arti Grafiche Paciotti è specializzata fin dalle origini nella stampa
tipografica, editoriale e di packaging alimentare e non. La realtà
attuale di Arti Grafiche Paciotti è il risultato di un percorso di crescita
cominciato nel 1969 dalla tipografia “Ars Nova” e dall’intraprendenza
di quattro persone che con poche macchine hanno saputo offrire
soluzioni personalizzate di altissima qualità. I continui investimenti
tecnologiciediprocesso,unitiadunadirezionecommercialeconuna
visione di lungo periodo, hanno permesso all’azienda di continuare a
crescere, ampliando la produzione ed i servizi offerti, e portando la
qualità dei prodotti a standard elevati.
I più significativi momenti di crescita degli ultimi quaranta anni
hanno visto due traslochi in sedi più ampie per accogliere nuovi
macchinari e l’aumento del personale, nel 1979 viene acquistata
la prima macchina offset, nel 1981 e nel 1993 cambia l’assetto del
management e l’azienda cambia nome diventando Ars Nova Paciotti
e infine nel 2001 si fonde con Arti Grafiche “La Torre” e nasce Arti
Grafiche Paciotti.
Arti Grafiche Paciotti forte della costante innovazione tecnologica
ha sempre dato particolare attenzione al rispetto dell’ambiente,
partendo dalla riduzione degli sprechi fino ad ottenere la
certificazione FSC®
(Forest Stewardship Council) a garanzia di un
processo di stampa corretto e in sintonia con l’acquisto di carta
proveniente da foreste aderenti al modello di certificazione forestale
FSC®
. Infine introducendo la tecnologia Drydots®
il processo di
stampa è diventato chemical - free, la qualità di stampa è aumentata
e si è azzerato l’impatto ambientale causato da prodotti e soluzioni
chimiche. Il patrimonio più importante per Arti Grafiche Paciotti
sono i collaboratori che con la loro esperienza, professionalità e

Analizziamo e valutiamo le richieste in modo da realizzare progetti

Since its inception, Arti Grafiche Paciotti has specialised in
letterpress, publishing and packaging printing for food and non-food
items. The current identity of Arti Grafiche Paciotti is the result of
a process of growth that began in 1969 under the name of “Ars
Nova” press and thanks to the initiative of four people who, with
just a few machines, found a way to offer customised high quality
solutions. Their continuous investments in technology and work-
flow improvement, combined with a long-term commercial vision,
have allowed the company to continue its growth, expanding the
production and services offered, and taking quality products to high
standards.
The most significant moments of growth over the last forty years
included two moves into larger premises to accommodate new
machinery and staff increase. In 1979 the company bought the
first offset press and in 1981 and in 1993, the company changed its
management organisation and its name into Ars Nova Paciotti and,
finally in 2001, it merged with “La Torre” Graphic Arts, becoming
Arti Grafiche Paciotti.
In its constant search for technological innovation, Arti Grafiche
Paciotti has always paid special attention to the environment, from
waste reduction to the achievement of FSC®
Certification (Forest
Stewardship Council), in order to ensure a proper printing process
in line with the purchase of paper from companies compliant to the
FSC®
forest certification model. Finally, with the introduction of the
Drydots®
technology, the printing process has become chemical-
free, print quality has increased and the environmental impact
caused by chemical products and solutions has been eliminated.
The most important assets for Arti Grafiche Paciotti are its
collaborators. Thanks to their experience, professionalism and

OUR SERVICES
PRE-PRESS
We analyse and evaluate requests so as to achieve highly customised
projects. Our continue research has led us to develop proprietary
colour profiles, giving printed products a definition never seen
before on any kind of material. We make systems for any type of
print, providing certified proofs on matte, glossy, and uncoated
paper. We offer a professional post production photo-shoot, with
a wide range of procedures, from the chromatic optimization, raw
file development and colour check up, to the total digital photo
retouching, with the opportunity to make any kind of adjustments
you will request.
OFFSET PRINTING
We produce high-quality prints thanks to Heidelberg 5-colour
printing technology, combined with all types of finishes, hydro
coating in line with the possibility of Drip-Off, UV lamination,
plastic coating and screen printing, hot pressing and dry relief.
DIGITAL PRINTING
High printing definition (the same quality as offset), even when

di disegnare i cartamodelli dei prodotti da realizzare e di svilupparne i
prototipi. È l’ufficio che sperimenta: abbinando carte speciali, tessuti
e pelli, dà vita a prodotti eleganti e unici.

PRISMA
Si tratta del reparto ricerca e sviluppo che si occupa di trovare le
soluzioni innovative e le tecnologie più avanzate per aggiornare
e migliorare la qualità e le tecniche di stampa su qualsiasi tipo di
supporto. Ad esempio è stata pensata ed individuata da Prisma la
tecnica di stampa Drydots®
, grazie alla quale eliminando l’acqua
e l’alcool dal processo di stampa, possiamo ottenere maggiore
definizione, brillantezza, perfetta saturazione dei colori, profondità e
tridimensionalità dello stampato.
AGP DESIGN
È l’ufficio che sviluppa i prototipi e suggerisce la tecnica di stampa più
adatta per prodotti unici e belli in grado di valorizzare e comunicare
al meglio qualsiasi contenuto. In questa divisione si respira passione,
entusiasmo, competenza e creatività, qualità necessarie per riuscire
a trasformare un’idea in un segno o in un’immagine.
AGP WORKFLOW
Arti Grafiche Paciotti è un’azienda che crede nella tecnologia non
solo per lo sviluppo dei suoi prodotti e servizi, ma anche per offrire
strumenti digitali che permettono ai clienti di interagire direttamente
con l’intero workflow.
Una piattaforma online con accesso riservato, dedicata al
monitoraggio dei progetti dal preventivo alla fatturazione finale,
dove visionare lo stato di avanzamento degli ordini e delle singole
lavorazioni, fornendo tutte le informazioni in tempo reale, anche
attraverso l’invio automatico di notifiche via mail. Il sistema inoltre
offre la possibilità di interagire direttamente con il responsabile
del progetto e per ogni cliente è previsto un spazio cloud per la
condivisione di file di grandi dimensioni. Per clienti con esigenze
particolari è stata sviluppata un’area che permette loro di
effettuare degli ordini online di prodotti specifici selezionando le
varie caratteristiche.

A new in-house laboratory whose task is designing the patterns of
products to be created and developing prototypes. The company
experimentation department: combining special papers, fabrics and

PRISMA is the company’s experimental office, always searching for
innovative printing solutions, while AGP DESIGN is the technical

and image development. The workflow is organised and managed
through the use of special software.
PRISMA
PRISMA is the research and development department that deals
with finding innovative solutions and the latest technology in order
to upgrade and improve the quality and techniques of printing on any
type of support. For example, the Drydots®
printing technique has
been designed and identified by Prisma. Thanks to this technique,
water and alcohol are removed from the printing process in order
to achieve higher definition, brightness, superior colour saturation,
depth and three-dimensionality of printed matter.
AGP DESIGN
AGP DESIGN is the department in charge of developing prototypes
and suggesting the most suitable printing techniques to create
unique, beautiful products that can best enhance and communicate
any content. This division exudes passion, enthusiasm, skill and
creativity, all the qualities necessary for turning an idea into a sign
or image.
AGP WORKFLOW
Arti Grafiche Paciotti is a company that believes in technology not
only for the development of its products and services, but also to
provide digital tools to help customers interact directly with the
entire workflow.
An on-line platform with private access, dedicated to the monitoring
ofprojectsfromquotationtofinalinvoicing,whereuserscanviewthe
progress of orders and individual processes, providing all information
in real time, also automatically sending email notifications. This
system also gives customers the opportunity to directly interact
with project managers and offers them a reserved cloud space for
large file sharing. For customers with particular needs, an area has
been developed to enable on-line ordering of specific products by
selecting various features.
