Attorney and tax policy expert Archie Parnell lives in Sumter, South Carolina. Over the course of his decades-old career, Archie Parnell has worn many hats. He has served in various executive positions for Fortune 500 companies, including stints as head of their overseas tax practices; he has served as an adjunct professor of law at the University of South Carolina; and he has worked in the US Department of Justice Tax Division as a tax attorney. Drawing from the lessons of hard work and service he learned growing up in a military family, in 2018, Mr. Parnell offered himself to serve the people of the 5th District of South Carolina as their representative in Congress.
