About
Antonio Lieto is a researcher in Cognitive Science and Artificial Intelligence at the Department of Computer Science of the University of Torino and a research associate at the ICAR-C.N.R. Institute in Palermo. In 2013 he founded the series of international workshops on "Artificial Intelligence and Cognition" (AIC). He has been Visiting Researcher at the University of Haifa, Carnegie Mellon University and Lund University. His research focus is on Knowledge Representation, Cognitive Semantics, Cognitive Architectures and Persuasive Technologies. On these topics he has published more than 100 scientific peer-reviewed papers in international journals/books/conferences (e.g. IJCAI, ECAI..)
