A hard-working and commercially aware individual with vast experience in the
Warehouse Logistics Operational Industry. Always striving to achieve his best in
everything he pursues with highly developed communication, leadership and
analytical skills. Having been a director of his own courier business, Anthony is
now striving for a management role with the prospect of career progression,

comprehensive understanding of Operational logistics, depot management,

CAREER HISTORY
May 2008-June 2015 – ANS White Logistics Ltd – Director
Initially starting up as an owner driver for Parcelnet(now known as Hermes),Anthony
then progressed his self-employed status to a Limited Company.ANS White Logistics
Ltd was a business venture to provide courier services on behalfof Yodel Ltd covering a
vast array of postcodes and employing 15-20 drivers atany one time.
 Managing employed drivers of ANS White Logistics in order to successfully
deliver up to 1900 parcels per day without complaint.
 Provide training to new drivers with all aspects ofdelivery i.e. PDA training,
route organisation and customer service.
 Team leading & people developmentskills.Able to manage and develop a
diverse group of highly skilled people.
 Ensuring thatall levels of service are at a very high standard
May 1988-May2008 – Royal Mail – Various Job Roles
Starting off as a postman in 1988 Anthony progressed throughouthis career to a senior
operational managerial role which he enjoyed for the last8 years at Royal Mail
Driving operational improvements,maximising the value of the assetbase while
ensuring a tightcontrol on operational costs on the shift. Responsible for monitoring and
continuallyimproving standards ofperformance and qualitywithin the operation
 Working with multiple customers atthe same time.
 Conducting disciplinary,capability and grievance investigations and taking
appropriate action to address anyfailings.
