Over 9,000 members convened on the campus of Morris Brown College to participate in outreach activities like forums, a step show, and community service projects. The highlight was the step show hosted by comedian Lil Duval at Morehouse College, which showcased the best sorority and fraternity step teams. Top honors went to teams from Zeta Phi Beta Sorority and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity.

As the population ages, agencies like JAAA help people stay in their homes through services that cost an average of $6,000 per year, much less than the $43,000 average for nursing home care.
