C/o Cipla Ltd, Verna, Goa from September 2011 to till date.
Job Profile
• Operation of HVAC equipments such as AHU, Ventilation unit, Dust collector,
Dehumidifier etc and maintaining its parameters through Building management system
software.
• Conduct planned preventive maintenance of HVAC equipments according to standard
operating procedures (SOP) as per yearly planner.
• Carry out pre-monsoon checks of 33KV Switchyard.( Isolator, Lightning arrestors, Earth
switch, Potential transformer, Vacuum Circuit Breaker, Current Transformer)
• Maintenance of 33KV/430V 1250KVA Transformer and carry out its preventive
maintenance.
• Maintenance of Power control centers (PCC), Motor control centers (MCC), Main power
and Lighting distribution Boards.
• Maintenance of UPS and its Battery banks.
• Attending breakdowns in the plant in coordination with senior officers.
• Maintenance of Lightings in and around the plant.
• Maintenance and trouble shooting of all electrical equipments in the plant.
• Carry out Shift duties and responsibilities independently.
• Supervise the projects carried out in the plant with the help of subordinates such as
installation of electrical and mechanical equipments, panels etc
