Translucent mucous membrane Lines the posterior surface of the eyelid & anterior surface of eyeball. Stretches from lid margin to limbus. Encloses space called as conjunctival sac.
Manometry is the only direct measure of IOP. In this method, a needle is introduced either into the anterior chamber or into the vitreous, which is then connected with a suitable mercury or water manometer to measure the IOP.
