Assistant Officer Community Safety (BPS-16)
I am selected as Assistant Officer (Community Safety) in Emergency Services
Academy, Rescue 1122 at Lahore on 01-01-2008.Being pioneer of this Service, I
have assisted to establish community safety wing from initial level with full
determination and now it is fulfilling the needs of employees and community
responders. My core responsibilities here are as under
• Over all second charge of all community safety activities of all (36)
Districts of the Punjab and 14 Tehsils where approximately 9000
Rescuers has been providing rescue service to community/ general
public.
• Monitoring and “on spot evaluation’ of rescue operation / community
trainings
• Continuous training program to enhance the capacity of Employs /
community responders
• Inspection of vehicles, duty roaster addressing of disciplinary issues
• Community training and establishment of CERT teams
• Awareness events like seminars, walk, demonstrations etc
• Close coordination with all districts and other organizations
• Launching of different campaign through trainings and awareness
campaigns.
