Heartstrings Community Foundation employs adults with developmental disabilities in three retail stores. The stores provide job training and sell home accessories, collectibles, clothing, and gifts. Employees are paid and learn skills like customer service, merchandising, and operating a cash register. The goal is to help adults with disabilities live independently through meaningful employment in the community.
