I am a professor, a researcher, an innovator and a nature lover. My research focuses on the changes brought by digital technologies in society and in the educational system, and their impact on how human beings learn individually and socially. I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Education at Concordia University. I lead a research program on the use of digital technologies in an emancipatory perspective. I teach a variety of courses in the Educational Technology program including Instructional Design, Human Performance Technology, Educational Computing, Sociocultural Approaches to Learning Online and Research Methods.
