student in the City of Newark. When did your parents move into the City of
Newark? What are some of your best memories as a student? Also, describe
how the scholarship will assist you financially.
Guidelines
1. Submit 2 copies and attach a picture of yourself.
2. You must complete the entire application (incomplete applications will
not be considered).
3. Your essay will be disqualified if it does not meet the requirements or if
postmarked after the submission date of August 10, 2012.
4. All must be typed and written in English.
