Re: Anette Bang
Anette Bang has been employed by Clarks,260 Oxford Steet, as a full
time sales assistant since 05.10.00 until 24.11.00.
Her main duties as a sales assistant involve liasing and helping customers
wittr shoes, handbags and sundries, whilst providing customer care and an
understanding of their needs. At times this can be sfressful and requires
patience as some customers prove to be difficult. Anette also has the
responsibitity of serving multiple customers and this can put immense
pressure on her. She is able to maintain a calm and friendly manner and
does not panic or show a change of temperametrt.
Anette is a willing and enthusiastic member of the shop team and this
has extended to all her customers. She has had the ability to learn quickly
and adapt to any situation. Anette is honesq frustworthy and reliable and
she has proved in the short time she has been here to be a responsible and
valuable member of staff.
I know of no reason why Anette should not prove to be a valuable
employee in the future.
