The Government writes to respectfully notify the Court that the Government has made
available to the Classified Information Security Officer (“CISO”) a classified submission to the
Court, dated January 4, 2024. Certain portions of that submission are being provided to the Court
ex parte. A copy of the submission, redacting the portions provided to the Court ex parte, is being
provided to cleared counsel for Juan Orlando Hernandez through the CISO.
