About
With 33 years of experience, I am currently executive principal of Andrew T. Der and Associates, LLC practicing in the water resources consulting and contracting industry regionally and nationally since 2013. Before that and since 2000, I was Director of Environmental Services for two civil engineering firms. Previously, I completed 18 years of service with the government leaving as a manager. Specialties include regulation and compliance; watershed and feasibility studies; advocacy; nonpoint source pollution; and wetland and stream restoration. I am a Board Certified Environmental Professional (CEP) and teach seminars, publishes articles, and provides expert testimony and media interviews.
