Andrew has taught English in South Korea, Taiwan, Australia and now Japan. He has specialised in conversation classes, general English, and writing classes. Recently he began Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) classes for student teachers, teaching theory and practical aspects of our industry. Andrew has completed data collection for his PhD finding ways to apply the latest perception of speech theories to classroom practice. His thesis is now in the editing stage. Andrew has given presentations on original research regarding how teachers teach listening, informing teachers of the latest theories in speech perception (listening), and Japanese university student computer litera.
