I have been in Portugal and Brazil and I speak the Portuguese language TECHNICAL SKILLS ✔ Management and project control, detailed drawings, estimates, specifications, safety plans. ✔ NZEB and low energy consumption buildings, building performance simulation, energy modeling. ✔ Due Diligence: analysis of properties. ✔ Restructuring architectural ability to manage all phases, from the relationship with the client to the construction supervision ✔ Planning permission and other administrative plans ✔ Knowledge of laws and regulation about construction, energy, housing, safety, land
