Extencive international Quality Management experience from work abroad in US at Saab Cars USA Inc, Magna Steyr Graz Austria and Oslo Norway. My Lean foundation was starting in the mid 80`s when working at Final Assembly and was introduced to the Lean concept QLE/H that later was called SLS “Saab Lean System” I participated in pilot areas where Lean tools i.e. Andon, SOS, 5S, Ishikawa, 5why, Kaizen, TPM, Kanban, PPS, 7 types of Waste was implemented. I evaluated Andon (Feedback&Feedforward info system of quality issues) at Saab Final Ass
