The AP412 hazardous area enclosure houses the
Cisco AIR-AP3802E dual band access point for
use in the hazardous areas. The enclosure and
antennas are designed for use in Class I, Division
1 group C & D areas. All hardware, mounting
plate, antennas and RF cables are provided to
make installation quick and easy. The enclosure
utilizes our proprietary explosion proof CTX se-
ries of antennas and includes four 2.4GHz/5GHz
dual band antennas. The access point is not in-
cluded with the enclosure.

The RF I/O Expansion Model A16000 can expand the inputs or outputs to 16, while using a single RF transmission device. Up to four internal cards can be added to the A16000, to customize the unit configuration. Internal cards can include analog or digital inputs or outputs. Each card has up to four inputs or outputs. Cards can be mixed, example: four 4-20mA inputs, four 4-20mA outputs, eight relay outputs. The A16000 is powered by the A750 or A753 via the Anabus connector.

Analynk, LLC antennas are designed for use in “Hazardous-Classified” and Industrial-hardened applications. The antenna will operate in all three bands, GPS L1, GLONASS L1 and Iridium. The omni-directional antennas with 1dBic gain are designed for flexible mounting on a variety of explosion proof housings, or on ¾” rigid metal conduit with a ¾” NPT pipe thread (CTM series has a metric M20 mount). The heavy nickel-plated brass mounting base has an integrated TNC jack coaxial connector for ease of installation. The radome is optimized for rugged industrial applications while maintaining maximum radio frequency transmission and reception efficiency. The antenna may be mounted up to 18” away from an enclosure within a hazardous location without an additional seal.

The A75x series offers simplicity and reliability in a point to point wireless system. The A753 transmitter and A750 receiver transmit a 4-20mA, thermocouple, or RTD signal and two dis- crete (switch) inputs. Switch inputs can be wet or dry. One A753 transmitter can communicate with multiple A750 receiv- ers for redundancy. A repeater can be added simply by placing in between transmitter and receiver, no programming required. Three radio options are available: long range 900MHz 1W, 900MHz 50mW and 2.4GHz 63mW. The A753 can operate in multipoint mode when coupled with the A750-MOD receiver. Analog and digital inputs and outputs are expandable at both the transmitter and receiver utilizing A0000 modules and AnaBus.
