1. By doing the reaction paper about three different points of view from important
researchers, Vivian Cook, Diane Larsen – Freeman and Stephen Krashen, about
language acquisition I realized that as students we have to be aware of the
processes that affect it . I totally agree with Freeman’s point of view about people
learn language faster than any other thing, especially when we are children, we
learn easily than adults because we are as sponges, children absorb everything
that they hear and see. Another important thing that I learnt by doing this essay is
that we have to take into consideration our students’ necessities. As future
teachers we have to pay attention on their abilities and the environment they are
involve. Unfortunately, I have seen English teachers who do not consider the
necessities of their students.
All the information of the texts makes me think that language acquisition is an
important process that needs a solid base, so we have the responsibility to teach
our students as best as we can. I want to pay attention to their doubts, abilities and
what they are living
