Description:
Common Digital Platform is a critical project for Post Office as it represents the enabler to achieve
separation from Royal Mail. The digital platform will become the backbone of POL’s customer
facing interaction, online, in branch or via mobile. Successful delivery of all releases for Post Office
UK allowed a smooth separation of Post Office from Royal Mail and delivered a brand new digital
platform which represents the first step to achieve Post Office Digital Strategy goals. The team has
been working hard since contract signature in Jan 2014 despite numerous challenges for project.
