SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:  Experienced Mobility Technologist with a total of 12 years hands-on expertise in requirements gathering, designing, acceptance testing, deployment of mobile wireless Packet Core and IMS networks.  Working knowledge of3GPP TS 29.272, TS23.401, TS 24.301 , GTPP Enhanced Charging and VoLTE/SRVCC TS 23.237 and TS 23.216  Analyze 4G LTE core OM statistics reports to study traffic patterns during the day, week and month, call failure rate, call completion rate etc. and analyze bandwidth requirement, CPU and Memory consumption.  Provide inputs and expert judgment to RFP Matrix received from wireless carriers.  Worked extensively on SIP RFC 3261, Diameter c
