I was born in a local hospital just 2 stations away from Churchgate, Mumbai on a Thursday of Aug 31.
Although my parents wanted me to be a Finance professional, me being “outstanding ” in Maths i.e. standing
out of the class for not doing my Maths homework at school signalled that it probably wasn‟t a solid career
choice.
So I decided I „liked‟ commerce to apply for college admission and passed out with a graduate degree.
Commerce classes that I was enrolled for was next to a Film studio which proved to be a strong motivator to
attend the classes as it came with benefits like entering the studio at early morning hours and watch the action.
Our Bollywood Legend – Amitabh Bachchan said in a movie…. “There are many people who do only one type
of work and there are a few people who want to do all types of work “
No Special prizes to guess that across my professional career I did Phone Banking, Outbound Tele Sales,
Managed Services, Quality , Global Account Management and my passion for performing arts imbibed
immense propensity in me for Hard work as well as SMART work by being a Star Performer by default in all
these people management roles. Of course my MBA , CCS, Six Sigma Green Belt & PMP certifications
came in handy to polish my skills further more.
What a better profession can I think of than being a trainer wherein I am able to relate the training needs of my
clients as well as students and I am able to offer them precise solutions to their overall development and get
rewarded for my „performance‟ as well.
