different media, movements, and art history to gain knowledge of
creative process and new materials. Encourage further exploration
of the arts in high school.
Fred M. Lynn Middle School
Classroom instruction includes a variety of medias and techniques.
Created cross-curricular activities with the History, Science and
Music departments. Worked directly with the special education
department to tailor projects to their needs.

Created course syllabi for Art 101 and ART 102. Designed Visual
Arts Based Learning (VABL) lesson plans to coincide with the art
history coursework.

Nandua High School
Classroom instruction included Art 1 and Photo 1 & 2. Expanded
the photography curriculum by focusing awareness on current
industry leaders and incorporating graphic design history.

Arcadia High School
Classroom instruction included the entry level courses of Art 1
and Ceramics. Coordinated with the History and English depart-
ments to align SOL goals. Introduced cross-collaborating school
art and academic pen paling program. Created unit plans with
kindergarten and special education teachers. The kindergartners
created 2D artwork which was given to the high schoolers for 3D
rendering.
