My philosophy of education revolves around several key terms. I believe that these terms are important for any professional in education: leadership, collaboration, communication, integrity, encouragement, reward, and technology. As our learners have changed, so has my philosophy. Integrity means that you are fair, responsible, accountable, and honest. Our learners and our staff all deserve our integrity. I once believed that all teachers should be individuals and encouraging to each other; I now believe that each educator should communicate with parents, students, and other staff.
