Teaching at an outstanding secondary school for five years. I have been involved in setting up innovative teaching of grammar using the latest technology to boost literacy within department and across the school. In addition, helped to train and coach experienced and new staff on effective learning habits in the classroom through creating an independent and proactive learning environment; coaching included a video of my own excellent teaching practice as well as research conveyed through power point.
