Experience	researching	and	solving	challenging	problems	during	master	research	in	string	theory	and
statistical	field	theory	(specifically,	reducing	a	multi-dimensional	matrix	model	to	an	integrable	system,
enabling	the	extraction	of	observable	data	in	the	form	of	thermodynamic	quantities).	Exercised	ability	to
apply,	modify	and	formulate	algorithms	and	the	development	of	analytical	methods	using	Mathematica.

Proven	skills	in	model	development	and	experiment	simulation	using	C++/ROOT	during	internships	at
both	the	LHC	at	CERN	(top	quark	detection	modeling)	and	with	the	MIND	experiment	(simulation	of
ability	to	measure	CP	violation	in	a	toroidal	Magnetized	Iron	Neutrino	Detector).	Demonstrated	ability	to
access databases and manipulating large data sets, separating signal from noise and statistical
fluctuations	from	systematic	errors,	making	data-driven	insights,	formulating	hypotheses	and	methods,
both experimental and analytical. Experience writing programs to visualize data, primarily with GNU
Plot,	MATLAB	and	Maple.	Enjoyed	working	in	this	collaborative	environment	that	implements	source
code	management	using	SVN	and	Mercurial.
