Thanks to the experience gained on the field, I have deep understanding also of all other key matters for value creation: leasing, retail, marketing, tourism, facility management. My main focus is on retail assets (shopping malls, outlet villages, retail parks, travel retail), but also extends to other categories such as hotelier, commercial offices and residential.
