My experience has shown that long-term objectives can be achieved more easily when they are divided into several short-term goals. My immediate goal is to find a job within a growing company with viable projects so that I can help propel the company's value. My long term goal will depend on the direction the company is headed to. My plan is to get a position that will give me the responsibility of coordinating a team.
