Worked within the healthcare sector to provide assurance services to firm’s clients. Performed audit
procedures for CCRC’s, hospitals, and receivable agencies. Received training at the firm’s national training
office in Minneapolis, MN.
 Worked with teams of 3-6 members at client’s headquarters to perform year end field work.
 Tasked with completing multiple audit sections; including cash, accounts payable, accrued liabilities,
prepaid expenses, and fixed assets.
 Inquired with CFO’s, Controllers, and accounting staff to gain insight into client operations.
CITCO FUND SERVICES Charlotte, NC USA
Fund Accountant Intern May 2015 - July 2015
Worked under a Senior VP that performed administration duties for 11 hedge funds. Duties included
working on multiple excel projects and generating various reports using Citco’s Aexeo accounting system.
 Charged with creating the daily profit and loss files for 2 of the team’s funds.
 Updated excel files that tracked billable hours to the clients, and computed the firm’s profitability.
 Tasked with creating month end files to be used by external auditors for over 20 trading funds.
 Generated a variety of reports at month end that both the team and the clients received.
UTI INTEGRATED LOGISTICS Columbia, SC
USC Special Project Intern February 2015- April 2015
Selected by professor to work on an instructor led, student project. Placed directly under the supervision of
the controller. Tasked with creating a database to track the firm’s material handling equipment.
 Ensured that contracts on the company’s books were accurate with inventory levels at the project sites.
 Implemented a new process flowchart to solidify MHE disposal and acquisition process.
 Reconciled accounts payable when MHE inventory levels did not match the company’s invoices.
 Documented an accurate portrayal of the company’s assets to be used as a system of checks and
balances.
