Hello I love learning and discovering new ideas - so I have a great role as Head of Research and Development (Innovation) at SHILLING. I've been "doing benefits communication" for over 25 years - which is a strange thing to boast about. In that time, the industry has learnt so much, changed so much, but the underlying issues haven't changed: the British public don't really "get pensions" and all the benefits in the world won't engage your workforce any better - if there's something wrong.
