What I’ve learned most during my academic and professional career over the past 10 years can be best summoned up in one sentence: Business is Politics; Politics is Business. For the better part of the last 10 years, I’ve gained a considerable amount of diverse experience working with the public and non-profit sectors, ranging in roles from student politics to lobbying, leadership training to employment relations, community development to political affairs, and most recently co-managing a successful municipal election campaign.
