worked as a Customer Service Associate at our local Black Hills Energy Customer Service
Center in Pueblo CO. As Alex's direct manager who worked closely with him throughout his
time here, I was impressed with his work ethic, friendly personality, and ability to work well
under pressure.
As a Customer Service Associate, Alex demonstrated superlative customer service to both
internal and external customers. Alex was immediately assigned critical job functions and he
quickly learned and made them his own. Alex is thorough, friendly, and helpful, all qualities
that made him an excellent addition to our team.
