Celebrating the style and atmosphere of the
London coffee houses which thrived in Birchin
Lane, the bar is an ideal place to meet to discuss
plans, share ideas, or just enjoy a drink or meal.
THE LOUNGE is also available for exclusive hire
including weekends. We can accommodate a
variety of configurations – please see reverse for

Tables in THE LOUNGE are designed for meetings
of up to 4 people. For larger meetings, other

THE ORANGERY has an intimate feel, with a large
HD screen, high-speed broadband connections
and audio-conferencing facilities. With Edwardian
panelling and a feature skylight, this room
provides an ideal setting for intimate daytime and
evening meetings or events.
This room primarily acts as an overflow for the
MEMBERS’ LOUNGE. However it can also be
booked exclusively as a presentation suite, private
dining room or boardroom. It is the perfect
setting for meetings, workshops, fine dining,
webcasts, broadcasting, teleconferences and
videoconferences.

MEMBERSHIP CARDS
Membership cards can be used to pay in the
Lounge Bar and to access the club. They are
non-transferable. Lost membership cards can be
replaced subject to an administration charge.
GUESTS POLICY
Unless using a meeting room, members are
entitled to bring up to three guests into BRAND
EXCHANGE at any one time. All members’ rules
will apply to guests, and guests’ conduct will
be the responsibility of the member. BRAND
EXCHANGE reserves the right to refuse entry to
any guest at any time.
BILLS
All bills must be settled in full before leaving the
club. Members are responsible for any
outstanding bills incurred by their guests.
DRESS CODE
Members and their guests are requested to
adhere to a business attire/smart casual dress
code.
