I am a charismatic personality with deep knowledge in Project Management, Business Analysis, Leadership, Change Management and Coaching. The past 7 years I worked in the financial industry in various roles as a Project Manager, Business Analyst and Product Owner - always at the interface between business and IT with a large focus on CH, APAC, India and Poland. Working in different PM projects and methodologies from waterfall to agile I have gained insights in multiple processes and banking domains. Furthermore, I am experienced in eliciting and facilitating requirements as well as leading and setting up trainings for users and staff.
