Specialist experience includes cost consultancy on workplace projects for corporate office occupiers in connection with relocation, refurbishment and reconfiguration projects, alongside experience of working within Programme Management Offices advising on the commercial approach to global project strategy. I have recently developed "WellPro Workplace" a tool that used HR data from over 30,000 organisations to forecast, measures and track the return on investment from wellbeing and productivity initiatives in the workplace.
