2. Academic Project 1:
Project Name : Advanced ATM Security System Using Finger-Print
Authentication.
Aim of the Project : To prevent ATM thefts and to safeguard the ATM
Machines by developing a new ATM terminal customer
Recognition system using the finger-print of the customer
Team Size : 4
Languages : Embedded ‘C’ language
Description : Bankers will collect the finger-print and mobile number of
the customer while opening the account. At the ATM
center, it asks for the finger-print authentication and if it is
valid, further transaction process is continued. If it is not
valid, the door of the ATM center is automatically closed
and a message is sent to the authorized personnel.
Academic Project 2:
Project Name : Automatic Fire Sensing and Controlling Robot
Aim of the project : To sense fire in an area and extinguish it using a robot
controlled by a mobile.

Languages : Embedded ‘KEIL C’ language
Description : By giving directions from a mobile, the robot moves in an
area and checks for fire or smoke using a smoke sensor. If
it senses fire, the microcontroller sends signal to the
driver to start the sprinklers and put out the fire.
