With a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, more than 9 years of progressive hands-on experience creating, implementing and managing software applications. Proven leadership abilities, strong business acumen, with well-developed technical and team management skills, result-oriented and always seeking for success stories. During the past 5 years, I have been leading the technical operations of Nilecode. Part of my role was to optimize the software development process inside of the company, apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service of our clients, interview and hire job candidates, give training and put training curriculums for software engineers.
