I have about 6 years experience in customer service & more than 7 years experience as Quality Auditor (Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001) & improvement project manager (PMP & RMP) in Telecommunications company. I like helping my company to improve its operations to gain more revenue through satisfied (Internal & External) customers.
